I thought that the service I received was very professional. The issue was resolved quickly and was reasonable in price. I would use Silverlake Automotive again.

Both the customer service, and service to my vehicle were top notch. I went in for the free oil change. A full evaluation was done, and an itemized printout was given to me and discussed. I needed new tires and alignment, and was given a very good deal on those. I will go back for further repairs on my SUV. Thank you to Emerson and his partner

Silverlake Automotive is my new go-to for car service. I came in to take advantage of a promotional offer and was all around impressed. So easy to make an appointment. They were spot on time with that appointment, quick to service my car, professional, thorough, and what I appreciated most is that I got an honest explanation of what my car needed - both now and down the road - with zero pressure or manipulation to purchase services. Their expertise was evident and their pricing was fair and transparent. Highly recommend this business!

So impressed! The custpmer service is outstanding. We felt taken care of immediately. Everything was explained with great detail and it didnt feel like qe were being taken advantage of, which has been a previous problem at a couple local shops. We went to have our air conditioning checked out, it wasnt running properly. We had previously been qouted $350+ just for the diagnosis at multiple places in Sandpoint and CDA. Emerson and his team qouted us $130-$260. They diagnosed fixed the problem for under $200. They also did a full diagnostic on my car. They gave a detailed follow up list of all the things that are still ok and a few things rhat needed work. Im excited to work with them in the future!

Just moved to Sagle and was worried about finding a local place that I could trust. I received a mailer from Silverlake and thought I would check them out. What a great place! Emerson was friendly and very professional. He went through everything with me, didn't push any other un-needed services etc. Its nice to know that I have a great local shop that I can trust with FULL Service for all my vehicles.
