Just moved to Sagle and was worried about finding a local place that I could trust. I received a mailer from Silverlake and thought I would check them out. What a great place! Emerson was friendly and very professional. He went through everything with me, didn't push any other un-needed services etc. Its nice to know that I have a great local shop that I can trust with FULL Service for all my vehicles.

Awesome shop! Great customer service! Very thorough. I went in for an oil change and had alot of questions about other services that I need done for the age of my truck and they were very honest on the most important things that need serviced first and didnt try to upsale or sell me on un needed repairs. Their diagnostic report is one of the most detailed ive experienced with pictures included to keep your records up to date. Will definitly be back for all my vehicle needs

This morning at around 9 AM I called Silverlake automotive and asked if they could repair my tire. The man who answered the phone Emerson was so kind and said Yep get it down here and be safe and we’ll get your tire fixed for you. After getting down there, they shook my hand, greeted me with an amazing smile and got my tire fixed. not only were they friendly, but their service was very timely and I didn’t have to wait at all. I walked in and got my tire fixed and got to leave. They didn’t gouge me saying I needed this or that they just got it done and I’m so beyond grateful for that if you’re looking for honest repair, I recommend Silverlake

Went in for oil change and headlight repair. Headlight part took a few days, manager kept us in the loop daily. Silverlake checked over car and found additional items that need to be addressed. Overall good experience

The service here is exceptional! They were super quick to diagnose and fix the issue we originally came in for. When my car decided that wasn't the issue, they very quickly and happily got back to work on the car and fixed the new issue and had it done in no time! So upfront and friendly! Highly recommend!
