EMERSON provided great Customer!!! We trusted them for years in Post Falls and so happy now to have them here in Sagle

I had an emergency and needed to travel across the neighboring state, and eight hour drive. My vehicle was just due for an oil change. I called Silverlake in Sagle, explained my situation and Emerson took my truck in immediately and, got the oil change done in a hurry. Not many shops that would flex like that especially on a holiday week!

I broke down at the perfect spot, right in front of their shop! They came & jumped my dead car that was also overheating & brought it over to start working on it. They completed the work sooner than expected & the guy was very pleasant to work with. I will definitely recommend them to my family & friends in the future.

Amazing!!! We had a flat/low tire and pulled in on the fly. The people offered help and assistance immediately. Emerson was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!

I called in at 4pm because I walked outside to two flat tires and I needed to take my daughter to her theatre showcase. Like most shops these days, they told me they were booked into the next day, but could maybe fit it in tomorrow. I explained the urgency and these guys went out of their way to accommodate us. They took us in right away, quickly found and patched two punctures in both passenger side tires and had us on the road in time to make it to the showcase. These guys really showed that they care, great guys at a great shop
